Warm Tahini Banana Toast

Ingredients:

• 1 slice thick-cut sourdough bread
• 1 tbsp tahini (well stirred)
• ½ medium ripe banana, sliced
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• Pinch flaky sea salt
• 1 tsp raw honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Toast sourdough until golden and crisp on edges but still slightly soft in center (about 3–4 minutes in toaster).
  2. While warm, spread tahini evenly edge to edge.
  3. Layer banana slices in single layer.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon and tiny pinch sea salt.
  5. Drizzle honey if desired.
