Strawberry Vanilla Chia Pudding

Equipment:

• Mason jar or glass container with lid
• Spoon

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
• ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
• 1 tsp maple syrup
• Pinch sea salt
• ½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a mason jar or container, combine chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt.
  2. Stir thoroughly for 30–45 seconds until seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  4. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is ideal).
  5. Before serving, stir once more and top with sliced strawberries.

Texture & Visual Cue: Pudding should be thick and spoonable, not watery. If too thick, add 1 tbsp almond milk and stir.
