Chicken & Rice Soup

• Knife and cutting board

Ingredients:

• 2 cups chicken bone broth
• ½ cup cooked shredded chicken
• ½ cup cooked white rice
• ¼ cup diced carrots
• ¼ cup diced celery
• ¼ tsp dried thyme
• ¼ tsp sea salt
• Fresh cracked pepper

Instructions:

  1. Add broth, carrots, celery, thyme, and salt to saucepan.
  2. Bring to gentle boil, then reduce to low.
  3. Simmer 8–10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add shredded chicken and rice.
  5. Simmer additional 5 minutes.
  6. Adjust seasoning and serve warm.
