Chicken & Rice Soup

Ingredients:
• 2 cups chicken bone broth
• ½ cup cooked shredded chicken
• ½ cup cooked white rice
• ¼ cup diced carrots
• ¼ cup diced celery
• ¼ tsp dried thyme
• ¼ tsp sea salt
• Fresh cracked pepper
Instructions:
- Add broth, carrots, celery, thyme, and salt to saucepan.
- Bring to gentle boil, then reduce to low.
- Simmer 8–10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Add shredded chicken and rice.
- Simmer additional 5 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning and serve warm.
