Warm Tahini Banana Toast

Ingredients:
• 1 slice thick-cut sourdough bread
• 1 tbsp tahini (well stirred)
• ½ medium ripe banana, sliced
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• Pinch flaky sea salt
• 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions:
- Toast sourdough until golden and crisp on edges but still slightly soft in center (about 3–4 minutes in toaster).
- While warm, spread tahini evenly edge to edge.
- Layer banana slices in single layer.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and tiny pinch sea salt.
- Drizzle honey if desired.
